Colin Cooper

I've had a passion for nature from an early age, walking about nature reserves, encouraging my friends to help me clear up my local park as well as building and putting up bird boxes in the park and feeding the birds, all supported by my family. At the age of 27 I settled on a career change into the environmental charity sector, eventually working for South West London Environment Network, who i'm raising funds for. I've also kayaked and canoed at different stages of my life, along the Great Ouse in Cambridgeshire as a teen and the Thames as an adult. There is something very magical about moving quietly through nature whilst not disturbing it.
